We make it a point to use, whenever possible, sustainable ingredients in every plate we create. We work with local farmers and suppliers that share the same principals and concerns about the quality of our food - fresh, free-range beef and poultry, organic produce, and freshly baked whole grain breads, we appeal to the health and humane conscious meat eaters as well as vegeterrians and vegans.
